How do I sign up for a subscription?

There are a few different options to pick from. You can sign up for a month to month subscription and you will be billed monthly. Or you can prepay for a subscription and you will only be charged once at check out. You can sign up for a 1 month, 3 month, or six month subscription. 

How much does it cost?

Packs are $60/month

What will I receive?

You will receive a products local to each month's destination. Products include food, accessories, beauty, or housewares from small, local businesses.

Can I send as a gift?

Yes, you can gift a pack or a subscription. You can also include a gift note with the first shipment of the subscription and we don't include any billing information in the shipments.

When will packs be shipped?

Packs are shipped out the last week of each month and you will receive tracking numbers when your box ships. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking numbers to update. If you would like to request a specific ship date, please add a note before check out and we will do our best.

When will I be billed?

Subscriptions are all prepaid unless you signed up for a month to month. You will be billed at the time of check out

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please log into your account or you can email us at info@hammockpack.com

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the US.

Can I include my products in a pack?

Yes, we love working with all different companies. If you are interested in having your product featured in one of our packs, please contact us at info@hammockpack.com or samples can be sent to

Can I review a pack for my blog?

Yes, we love sending boxes to bloggers in exchange for a review on their blog. We have a limited number of boxes that we are able to send out to bloggers each month, so we can’t respond to everyone. But send us an email if you are interested and we will do our best to respond. 

I didn't like a product I received. Can I exchange it?

We do our best to send a variety of products but we understand that you may not like everything you receive. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange or refund products.
